The other thing you can do is tag photos. eg, I rate mine and recently decided which I was going to print at different sizes using eg "6x5", "7x5", "9x6" tags. They were often close to, but not always the same as, the ratings. I like the quick keys - 1 through 5 when you're looking at the photo. I found these shortcuts from looking at the application menus, same as every other GUI app I've used since Windows 3.1 days. Lucky me I guess.
