Sorry, ignore previous message re log file, I copied the wrong logfile from another system altogether (too many distros on this machine!) I've deleted that one from the report.

Hopefully the right logfile is now in the bug report, too big to quote here though.

As a side remark, it seems harder and harder to find a distro with a
reasonable Gnome setup that runs Shotwell, particularly outside Ubuntu.
Compiling on Fedora is ok, but I don't want to have to do that every month.


It's a little hard to say; I've posted a follow-up comment on the ticket you
filed about the log.  It seems it wasn't attached for some reason.
