Your best bet is to follow the steps outlined here for reporting a but in
Shotwell:
http://redmine.yorba.org/projects/shotwell/wiki/ShotwellFAQ#I-found-a-bug-in-Shotwell-How-can-I-report-it

However, I'd recommend updating to the latest version of Shotwell, 0.11.2,
before reporting a bug. It's possible this was fixed already.
