The modify tags dialog only works for one image at a time. I filed a ticket to change this: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4206 2. Not enough space in the dialog box. It's a re-sizable window, but that's not really the best solution. We've talked about various possible changes to this dialog in the past, maybe it's something we need to think about again soon.
