I'm sure this has cropped up before but I can't remember what the
outcome was.
I notice that tags with no images are automatically deleted upon exit.
So if I carefully create a tag in a specific location in my tag cloud it
will be removed if I don't assign images to it. Or if I do assign images
but at any point the tag has no images associated with it, it is removed.
Is this WAD? What's the rationale? It's exasperating for me.
