Hi Dougie,

I am not able to reproduce the exact issue you're experiencing on Ubuntu
(Precise). However, I have noticed a possibly related issue with new folder
creation. You can read more about that issue on Redmine:

http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/4723

We suspect this may be related to GTK 3. If you're running Wheezy, I
believe you might be using GTK 3. I've included your findings as a comment
on the issue since I suspect they may be related.

Cheers,

Laura
