http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/5071 I have seen this on my machine from time to time. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce this issue reliably in house. Do you remember what you were doing when this message appeared in the terminal? Do you recall if it had been a while since you last used Shotwell?
