Hello I was starting Shotwell and I knew that a few hundred thumbnails was missing. Because I've had problem with this before I did export SHOTWELL_LOG=1 before starting.
Could see in the log that it was working (and on the CPU usage). Then all of a sudden the CPU was constant at 100% but the log stopped. Now, 10 minutes later, the CPU is still 100% but nothing in the log. Shotwell is greyed out (unresponsive) if I try to switch to that window in the DE.
