I think that did not appear till you plugged the camera in, so does
not explain why rhythmbox is already running.
I think you have previously said that rhythmbox is running immediately
after a re-boot haven't you?

I don't know whether that would tell anyone anything useful.  It says
that rhythmbox is owned by x-session-manager but I don't know what
that implies (if anything).

I suspect your only hope now lies with the Debian list.
