But this isn't the full issue, I think it's more that Shotwell does
not use 24-hour time maybe..

If I have a file with:

Media Create Date               : 2013:01:01 13:14:15

This is added with time 2:14 in Shotwell.

I have LC_TIME=sv_SE.UTF-8
