Hey all,
Tim Abell sent a mail concerning tracking of upstream issues. We talked about it
and decided he was right, so upstream tickets will now handled differently.
All of the upstream issues will be marked as "upstream" using the
component field.

Beside that, we differentiate between two kinds upstream issues,
"core" and "feed".

Core upstream issues:
Those issues are upstream issues in "core" shr applications, which
means all the applications
we ship as default (in the full image), and maybe some exceptions of
things we care
to track but don't ship by default (I don't have an example at the
moment though).

Feed upstream issues:
All the issues that are not classified as core.

Core upstream issues will be regarded as regular issues, we will
track, take care
and do whatever needed to fix them. While we'll close the "feed"
issues as "upstream"
which means we do not intend to track/fix them ourselves.

We can't possibly track all the issues in the world, so in our point
of view this is the best solution available.
