I'm planning to sink hours into this project, but this keeps me from
doing so. It should be more easy to join, but it's pretty hard.
Just for the record I'm finding it similarly tricky to get going.
I usually only have an hour or so at a time to do something useful and
that hour seems to always be eaten up by weird build issues.
