Hi Denis, what you are seeing is the effect of FSO and connman both trying to handle resource control without taking care of each other.
The way to fix this is to either implement resource control in only one of those facilities or teach them to collaborate (recommended). Removing the dependency will just affect the symptom, not the actual reason. That said, as a quickfix, why not move to a RRECOMMENDS or RSUGGESTS instead of a RDEPENDS?
