You can set the main volume using the SetVolume command, I made it work
recently, have a look at docs.freesmartphone.org:

AFAIK the part for getting/setting the mic volume is still missing.

Controlling specific parts (e.g. speaker, earpiece) should be done
through scenarios, I think.
