I'm assuming you are looking at some gui app to transfer songs from your
PC to the freerunner / add them to intone db as well as transfer the album
art and lyrics from rhythmbox to the appropriate folders.
Well, since the openmoko phones provide ssh - writing such a dedicated app
was something I had planned - but never got around to doing. Then again -
I've found it a lot easier and faster to use the uSD card in a card reader
to transfer songs. You can always sftp to server and transfer music from a
linux machine.
Actually writing a plugin for rhythmbox would not be such a bad idea - but
again I have no experience to do so.
In the interim - you can copy (scp) the covers from /home/{your user
name}/.cache/rhythmbox/covers/(album.jpg} to the folder where your album is
on the card.
The lyrics are in a folder called .lyrics/{album}/song.lyrics.

There are already several podcast clients available for the phone. I dont
really know if another is needed - and intone __is__ getting larger by the
day.
What are the community's thoughts on this?
