Odd, nothing from or about the pppd in /var/log . . . Bigger fish to fry, at the moment, as my GSM service is still cycling on and off in slow, long cycles. I show service for an hour or more, then nothing, then SOS only, then service again. But the cycles of nothing and SOS are now lasting for pretty long stretches.
