So far I haven't noticed any major problems. I've been running the testing candidate since about the middle of last week, and it seems to perform as well as the previous shr-u I was running (updated as of Sep 5). I've tested GPRS, GPS, wifi, and a variety of apps without seeing any glitches. To upgrade, I did an "opkg list_installed > installed_packages.txt" on my shr-u install, and then on my shr-t install I did "cut -f 1 -d \ installed_packages.txt | grep -v -- -dev" > packages.txt", and then "opkg install `cat packages.txt`" - this quite nicely installed everything I had on shr-u, excluding the few things that I had installed from a source other than the shr repo. The only major annoyance I still have atm is having to stop and start the messages app everytime I get a new sms. I'm going to install the newest launcher soon and see if I have better luck with the launcher sms reader. Note that I haven't had time to do major stress testing -I just continued using the phone as usual. Warren -- Warren Baird - Photographer and Digital Artist http://www.synergisticimages.ca
