I guess your headphones are not the original Om headset. You need a different scenario, check /usr/share/shr/scenarii if it"s already there. I think it should be gsmheadset.state while your system seems to use gsmspeakerout.state. And then in /etc/freesmartphone/oevents/rules.yaml the right scenario must be selected, when you plugin/plugout your headphone.
