Hi,

PISI should indeed do the job. I tested successfully on an image from
beginning of September.

For the problems, Petr mentions:
- you need to apply types for each number in order to sync properly;
afterwards you should be able to choose which number to dial
- syncing against opimd does take a lot of time; this is - however - not
a PISI or GMail problem; but one of opimd; for me 200 contacts took
about 20 minutes; but I remember Petr reporting these issues before
(could be nice to get some more feedback into the discussion in order to
narrow down the problem)

I didn't know about this thing with the bootup time - thanks for this Petr.
