Or just wait a bit. I've updated revs for navit and navit-icons. I'll
push it to shr repo today (but I cannot test package on my neo now, so
if someone is willing to test it for me, ping me).

And I would be carefull with switching between navit feeds. Only in shr
is package split to app and icons (so navit from navit feeds will
overwrite navit-icons files and when switched back all icons will be
missing again..).
We also have splitted configs and updated navit config will be 
overwritten from navit feed without warning (merged if different from 
shr-feed upgrade)
