Or just wait a bit. I've updated revs for navit and navit-icons. I'll push it to shr repo today (but I cannot test package on my neo now, so if someone is willing to test it for me, ping me). And I would be carefull with switching between navit feeds. Only in shr is package split to app and icons (so navit from navit feeds will overwrite navit-icons files and when switched back all icons will be missing again..).
