I had problems with quality at first, but playing with the microphone 
volume when in a conversation solved it completely.
You just have to restart the phone after the phone call to save it. I 
haven't tried that with the phone without buzzfix.

Although I wasn't that clear. It is not really buzzfixed. It is the 
never hardware revision.
