If I run
opkg list | grep ogsmd
I get NO packages... is this regular? (or i completely misunderstood the
problem?)

I opkg upgraded few minutes ago and I have some problems with opkg that
seems not to be able to work, so I use opkg-cl... maybe there's some broken
link?
(so in previous question I run opkg-cl list | grep ogsmd)

But I suspect that the problem is in frameworkd that seems not to be
running...
