No, shr-testing will not introduce new packages within a branch life
cycle, it is just too much effort required and I don't have the time to
do any backporting for that.

Having said that, there is a new shr-testing release coming up, see below.

1) That is a feature. You want a working phone, and that is what shr-T
provides (with exception of that annoying failing to suspend thing
:-(). The downside is upgrades every few weeks.
2) It was not possible to upgrade shr-testing over the recent
month. Everytime I looked at SHR-U something was majorly broken.
3) A new shr-T candidate is compiling on the build server since 3 days
and a new test release should be available at
http://build.shr-project.org/tests/spaetz/shr-testing/ pretty soon (as
in a few hours). I will however test it for a week or so until I unleash
it on all shr-testing users. It is based on shr-U from 3 days ago or so.
