Thanks to the guy who sent me the solution directly.
Thus:
For voice and/or GSM recording as well as WAV playing we can use
dictator (GUI). To make it compatible with standard WAV the following
adaptation is required (confirmed on GTA02 with SHR-T 2009/03):
in /etc/dictator.conf change
soundcard=hw:0,0
to
soundcard=plughw:0,0
