Ignore me. After a reboot it was taking _much_ longer than usual to register, 
and Settings was saying it couldn't connect to the GSM. I then mixed up 
Resources as shown by odeviced, and as shown by ousaged. GPS and GSM are 
present under ousaged, but not odeviced. Sometime while I was trying to find 
out what was going on the phone eventually registered.
