If someones religion says that he has to start each mail with some sentence (or even if someone feels, that he should do that for some reason), then just accept that. It can be stupid, it can be unreasonable for you, but it doesn't hurt you, so nothing will happen when you'll just ignore it. He will be happy, you will be happy, and no war will happen. You can be pastafarian, atheist or even something else, but others can be different than you.
