What's there: a button to toggle between left click mode and 1

In order to get it, you'll have to get latest e-wm-config-illume2-shr
and shr-e-gadgets. (And rm -rf ~/.e and then restart e).
I admit, I didn't add it yet to illume1, it's terribly easy to add,
I'm just too busy, just go to the e17 settings:
1. Add illume-rightclick-toggle module
2. Add illume-rightclick-toggle gadget where ever you want it. If you
do, please let me know and I'll tell you how to share it with everyone.
