Then you also forgot to disable otimed in /etc/frameworkd.conf. After
restarting frameworkd and fsotdld, it finally went to check one
ntpserver from pool.ntp.org.

Without looking at the fsotdld source: I remember that ntpdate was
always checking 2 different ntpservers to find the more accurate one.
Is this needed here too?
