I use this file from freesounds.org: http://www.freesound.org/samplesViewSingle.php?id=80341 Copy to /usr/share/sounds and select from the settings gui. The license is Creative Commons Sampling Plus 1.0 License which I think would allow its inclusion in a future SHR release.
