SRCREV of webkit used in webkit-gtk is new enough to build EFL port http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/59537 was AFAIK last step. Now somebody has to merge webkit-gtk/webkit-efl recipes and carefully package it. I'll be away for this weekend, so would be great if someone step up and send patch for it..
