i think my SMS messages are failing to go out more often than not, at the
moment. some do go, but i'm sending an awful lot of test texts. i also
may well be losing incoming texts, but it's hard to tell ("please raise
your hand if you can't hear this announcement").
is this debuggable, and if so, what can i post to help isolate it? i
*really* need reliable SMS.
