There is no documentation for eve, you have to read the source to get along (try 'eve --user-agent "stop the CIA now!"' and visit www.cia.gov afterwards). I found that you can zoom in and out with F7 and F8 - which of course are not on any illume keyboard. So I tried this in the Terminal.kbd:
key 210 0 30 30 normal 7 7 shift & ampersand capslock 7 7 alt 7 F7 key 240 0 30 30 normal 8 8 shift * asterisk capslock 8 8 alt 8 F8 with no effect after restarting enlightenment.
