Believe me
I have tried all possible combinations. I have tried deleting AGPS data and not
deleting it.
I have waited as long as 60 minutes on open sky (roof of my building, 6th floor
with no higher building around)
2.6.32 + uboot doesn't give a fix after a single suspend. It doesn't give you
even GPS time.
Both with uboot and no suspending or with Qi gets me a fix on less than 30
seconds

I have suffered your problem with bad AGPS data, after hard locks due to uSD
I could not get a fix, but I think it gave me at least GPS time.
After I deleted AGPS data, it gave me fix again, but it has *nothing to do*
with
u-boot and suspend problem

This is my uboot bootline:

rootfstype=jffs2 root=/dev/mtdblock6 console=ttySAC2,115200 loglevel=8
regular_boot glamo_mci.sd_max_clk=10000000 mtdparts=physmap-
flash:-(nor);neo1973-nand:0x00040000(u-boot),0x00040000(u-
boot_env),0x00800000(kernel),0x000a0000(splash),0x00040000(factory),0x0f6a0000(rootfs)

And with Qi:

r...@om-gta02 ~ # cat /proc/cmdline
loglevel=4 console=tty0 console=ttySAC2,115200 init=/sbin/init ro
mtdparts=physmap-flash:-(nor);neo1973-nand:0x00040000(qi),0x00040000(depr-ub-
env),0x00800000(kernel),0x000a0000(depr),0x00040000(identity-
ext2),0x0f6a0000(rootfs)  g_ether.dev_addr=00:1F:11:01:3D:E1
g_ether.host_addr=00:1F:11:01:3D:E2  rootfstype=jffs2 root=/dev/mtdblock6

All the rest are identical.

Hope it helps :)
