Yes it is the best SHR-T image I ever tried.

It's also way better than the old openmoko 2008.12 and I consider it
better than QtMoko 24. I never tried SHR-U.

Still, it has a number of everyday telephone use problems:

1) Sometimes you won't be notified of incoming phone calls, i.e.
people call you, they think your phone is ringing, but nothing
happens on your Freerunner screen and nothing is logged in the phone log

2) Sometimes suspend/shutdown doesn't work (via the menu triggered
by the power button, it never works via the menu triggered by
pressing the close button in the top shelf while on the home screen)

3) No notification of unsent SMS if you're out of credit of there's
no signal

4) Most of the times saving a new contact doesn't work because
there's no way to edit the "Name" field, even if you add it, select
it and manually pop up the keyboard from the top shelf. It worked
for me a couple of times out of some dozen tries.

5) Sometimes the missed calls notification count on the lock screen
keeps growing and growing. It is stuck at 11 now on my phone, even
if I checked the phone log.

6) Sometimes you never get the chance to input your PIN number.
Either the PIN screen never appears, or it appears but crashes after
a while, or both.

My girlfriend, my friends and my boss are lobbying me to get a
"normal" phone but I am willing to resist and submit some bug
reports with more meaningful information than what I wrote above (I
know that writing "sometimes" is not a big help for a developer
trying to reproduce a bug).

I would appreciate some guidance about what logfiles to include in
such bug reports.

Thanks everybody for the great platform, distribution and community.

ciao
