As far as I understand the GPRS problem is well known but unfortunately still to be fixed. The GPS problem seems to be related to u-boot as bootloader. If you use Qi as a bootloader, then it should work. Reasons for this problem still seem to be unknown as well as far as I know. The workaround is to use Qi.
