The patent claims appear to be mostly anticipated by quickwriting, though 
perhaps not all of them. It isn't clear which patent office the application is 
with, so it isn't clear what the rules are regarding prior art and objections 
to the application. From the patent title I guess it's with either the French 
or European patent office. We would need to see the application to know 
exactly what they're claiming, and what prior art they have disclosed.
