In order to try it, you can build it yourself ie in computer and copy them to your FR.
you need elementary sources, efenniht sources and edje_cc. Once you have them compiled, copy elm-efenniht.edj -> /usr/share/themes/ efenniht.edj -> /usr/share/enlightenment/data/themes/ Then use shr-settings to change elementary theme and E/illume settings wrench to change illume theme.
