I have been trying testing non kms kernel these days, and I got not any single 
i/o error :)

But that's true as long as I don't suspend Freerunner. Almost after every 
suspend/resume, uSD gets corrupted again.

I have opened a ticket against SHR trac [1], because I'm not sure if it's a 
kernel problem or a problem with some shr suspend/resume scripts
