This is a temporary fix for the problem listed below.  (at least
atd-over-fso can work with both frameworkd otimed and fsotdld which have
different dbus api, so ffalarms works).

it is fsotdld that replaced frameworkd otimed subsystem.
/var/log/fsotdld.log does show any problem but fsotdld aborts on
assertion during startup, which can seen by running fsotdld from command
line:
