It looks like eve gets confused sometimes. See
http://1qaz.de/eve-focus.html - I'm trying arrange a webpage at a
specific position, so I'm scrolling up and down in a very short range
(1 cm or so, there is no smooth scroll, it jumps), then this "Reload"
pops up. After that the focus on an input field isn't shown, the
characters go into url-field instead. You should be able to reproduce
this rather easy.
