Not sure if its the same in the latest version, but the one I'm working with
I have to check I don't overflow the buffer (IO_MAX size).
if I'm going to overflow, then I flush what's in the buffer BEFORE I add
anything more to it.

I am using the shttpd_printf() function to build up a dynamic page and
finishing it off with
arg->flags |= SHTTPD_END_OF_OUTPUT though I am finding the page is being
cut off just under 16k (16340 bytes exactly).
Is there a limitation in that method? what is the work around?
Very happy with how easy shttpd is to embed and use!
