Service thinks that the web root is c:\\windows\system32, because it was
started with that directory as current directory. Try to put config file,
"shttpd.conf", in the same directory where the service executable lives. In
shttpd.conf, put "root c:\\whatever" line.
Although, shttpd_set_option() should work, let me check this when I get some
spare cycles and some winxp box nearby.
