E-Gift Voucher is available in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), Thai Baht (THB) and US Dollar (USD) only and may be purchased in denominations of RM10, RM50 and RM100 or their equivalent in the other applicable currencies. |

Redemption of E-Gift Voucher in a currency different from the currency it was issued will be subject to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of redemption. |

E-Gift Voucher is valid only for online purchases. |
| 4. |
You must key in the E-Gift Voucher password provided to you when using E-Gift Voucher to make payment. |

A maximum of five (5) E-Gift Vouchers can be used for one payment. |
| 6. |
E-Gift Vouchers can only be used once and must be fully redeemed at the time of payment. NO refund will be given for any unused balance. |

If the total amount of purchase exceeds the value of the E-Gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by credit card only at the time of purchase. |

We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:

Validity Period: The validity period for an E-Gift Voucher is as follows:
i. if receivet from our website: 6 months from the date of issuance;
ii. if provided as a compensation for On Time Guarantee: 3 months from the date of issuance; or
iii. if provided on a complimentary basis: the validity is at our discretion

The validity of the E-Gift Voucher will not be extended. |

E-Gift Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or any other products in kind and is not refundable. |

The E-Gift Voucher is fully transferable and may be utilized by your family and/or friends subject to these Terms and Conditions. |

AirAsia has the right to reject any claims that do not conform to these Terms and Conditions. |
