[Sibyl] code2.as and code3.as

   Hi * (mostly for Yuri though, I suspect),

 if somebody is able to integrate code2.as and code3.as (assembler 
helpers for two rather peculiar OS/2 API calls) in doscalls.inc 
(without any "compiler magic", though!), I'll be very glad to get rid 
of them. I'm pretty sure it must be possible, but I haven't had time 
to experiment with it.
