Yes. Libc uses LibUNI.dll. (btw, it is also work target ;)). But (about os versions)
most of Warp 3/4 fixed by less or more latest fixpack. All latest fixpacks (as I know)
contains both libc & libuni. (btw, can anyone look at warp 3 for presense of libc?)
