no, you should not copy them (at least not directly). However, some
INF files (e.g. DosCalls, PM, etc.) are probably still available for
download from redbooks even today (when IBM doesn't make the complete
OS/2 toolkit freely available). They might be on some WWW/FTP servers
as well, so you can give users URLs to download them at least (maybe
the distribution conditions for redbooks are more liberal, so it
might be even possible to distribute them directly - I didn't check
them).
