Virtual Pascal for OS/2 v1.0
This help file originally was written for the C language, and has been adapted to
Pascal for inclusion with
Virtual Pascal for OS/2 from fPrint UK Ltd.
The conversion extends to syntax definitions and source code examples, whereas some
descriptions may still be
C specific and thus either irrelevant or wrong when writing programs for Virtual
Pascal.
For more information about some of the issues discussed here, please refer to the
printed documentation of
Virtual Pascal for OS/2.
These help files are licenced from IBM and are the property of IBM. The changes from
C to Pascal are (C) 1996

So, it is ibm docs anyway. But I don't see any licence conditions.
