[Sibyl] version of make.exe for snapshot?

hi.

trying to build the 14.10.2002 snapshot on Netlabs.org failed.

I am using mail.exe from the 1.06 distribution of Free Pascal.

the first problems abong others is that make does not seem to handle
linebreaks correctly.

any clues?
