Not under GPL, but under LGPL. But original RTL dropped and used FPC RTL (Really, why
maintain 2 rtls?). Other parts (SPCC and SVDE) used as an base for develop
OpenSibyl. At the present time we have most of required functions in FPC's RTL to port
forms.pas. I'm not checked yet latest FPC sources with forms.pas, but planning to
start working on forms.pas again now.
BTW, I'll glad to see you as OpenSibyl developer.
