you would like to present at the wg meeting, please send them to the wg
chairs (me *and* Geoff) or the list by Tuesday, Nov 4.
(US Election Day 2008! If you are in the US voting areas and you think
you might be busy voting or dealing with social disruption or
celebrations, send the mail early.)
